Meet Lyndall MacInnes
FOUNDER
With a self diagnosed allergy to the phrase 'because that's how we've always done it', I am a systems thinker who specialises in bridging the gap between strategic thinking and operational delivery to drive positive change for projects, teams and organisations.
I've delivered projects and high performance operations for the Australian Olympic Team, developed strategic calendars and custom stakeholder management systems for Football Australia and managed logistics for military ammunition valued at $187 million.
I hold a Master of Project Management from UNSW, believe in the power of continuous improvement and the 1% gains that compound over time, and love helping people find and understand the 'why' and 'how' behind effective systems and processes.
As a project manager and change leader, my goal is to actually to make myself dispensable - when this happens it means the right systems and processes are in place and the people have the skills, confidence and space to ‘do the doing’.
I also really love dogs!
